Inspiring & Empowering
Break your self limiting beliefs, negative behaviour patterns, and create a sustainable relationship with exercise and food - once and for all
Ever feel like you just don’t fit the mould, or struggle to find balance?
I’m Ben, a 32 year old adhd guy who’s struggled for years to find his place in the world, believing for a long time that I would never find stability in terms of exercise and healthy eating, or be able to establish a future for myself, no matter how hard I tried, convinced that I must just be an all or nothing person.
I was that person who used to just crack on regardless of the issues that piled up – the result? burnout, depression and crippling anxiety that I barely managed to navigate and make it through.
I spent a lot of that time soul searching and trying to understand my own brain and thinking, and in the process I discovered an unbelievably deep love for psychology, and behaviour.
Somehow in the midst of all my life chaos I figured out how to break some of the patterns that had plagued me for years, such as: the inability to maintain consistent exercise, the ability to moderate food and think of future me.
The answers though, they’re really simple….. and it’s NOT motivation and discipline, the typical bullocks you’re sold.
I’m not a life coach, I’m just a guy who’s trying to make the world a slightly better place, and to help others avoid the same trap that I fell into.
It took me many years to claw my way back from the pretty dark place I’ve been to, but I hope I can use what I’ve learned and created in that time to help you.

Ask yourself, do you ever have thoughts like these
Does this sound like you?
☑️ You've tried time and time again to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle
☑️ You still think the answer is hard work, discipline and habit forming
☑️ You're still convinced that if you just try a little bit harder, one day it will stick
I spent years caught in this trap, convinced that if I just tried harder, things would change, or that I’d finally enjoy exercise or make it stick
The truth is, it NEVER did
👋
I've got some good news for you
The answer to a sustainable relationship with exercise, and healthy eating, is much simpler than you might think
There's actually only two main components to it:
Expectation & Enjoyment
The answer is NOT:
Motivation, Discipline or Hard Work
I can help you change everything, just by shifting your thinking, using some easy, but powerful mindset tricks
It's taken me a long time to figure this all out, and even longer to work out how to share it with you, in a way that makes the most sense, cuts out the bull, and gets you results - however I've done exactly that, I've broken the issues down to their very core, and I will give you an action to do that combats and fixes them
I need to drop some truth bombs on you
You are NOT a failure
It's not your fault, you've just been captured by the horde of self-help gurus out there, and you've been fooled into thinking that the answer cannot be anything other than hard work, discipline, and habit-forming when actually, the answers are much simpler.
The problem isn't you, it's the approach you're taking
There's a great quote that goes a little something like this 👇
"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results" - Einstein, probably 😉
The truth is, repeating the same thing over and over and expecting it to change is optimistic, to put it mildly
The truth is, you'll likely continue to find that you put in a ton of effort, only to find yourself back at square one, which will leave you feeling lazy, useless and undisciplined - this isn't sustainable, nor is it healthy.... it's a great route to self-hate, frankly
We need to change this, you might not believe it right now, but I will prove it to you
I'm going to walk you through it, step by step
I'm going to give you the tools and mindset tricks you need
Solutions that work, even on the days when you feel rubbish or tired
You missed a red flag that's been staring you in the face
The big red flag is that you have to FORCE yourself to exercise - this should already have set alarm bells off in your head
Let's be completely clear - if you have to FORCE yourself to do something, you're already on the wrong track.
You are not alone - I get it
I’ve been where you are - here’s an example
I spent years swinging between fitness obsessed and coach potato, yet, It always felt forced, and I couldn’t for the life of me understand how others made it work, or kept it up.
It took me a long time to work out how exactly to share this with you, what order to do it in, and how best to present it, without looking like an idiot - but I think I’ve got it sussed, so buckle up, buttercup
The solution is simpler than you think
Come on this journey with me and I'll take you from where you are now, to someone who:
Doesn’t allow dietary slip ups to kill their motivation to exercise and no longer gets stuck in that cycle
No longer has to force themselves to go exercise, who doesn’t need motivation, who just does it without the mental barrier to overcome first
Actually enjoys exercise and is eager to do it, because they love it - (Yep, I never thought that was a thing, but I'll show you how)
Combined these result in a healthy lifestyle that's easy to maintain over the long term
The best part ? It’s completely free and it won’t cost you a penny
